Interest in AIAA: She is the Vice President of AIAA and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for the Design, Build, Fly (DBF) team, and has been passionate about aerospace since her youth, when she first espoused dreams of becoming an astronaut. Dwaritha is in the Accelerated Master’s program at UConn and her research interest is in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and detonation.

Fun Facts: Dwaritha is also President of the UConn Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and has studied Indian classical music since she was 7 years old.
